❓How to Restore Access to Walken Account by Wallet Passphrase

If you’re having trouble logging into your Walken account (forgot or lost access to the gmail/FB account/Apple ID that you originally signed up with) but have the 12-word phrase from your wallet, here are instructions how to restore your assets and progress in Walken:
  1. 1.
    Reinstall the Walken app;
  2. 2.
    Choose the same login method which you used to create the account that you're trying to log into now (please note you may also choose a different method from the one you used at signing up);
3. Select the option “I have an account” (this screen will appear regardless of the authorisation method you’ve chosen);
4. Enter the pass-phrase associated with the wallet from your old account.
The login method of your account will be updated (a new gmail/ FB account / Apple ID) and you’ll successfully log into your account linked to the old wallet address under the new login method. Make sure to keep both the login method and your passphrase safe should you need to log into your account again.
