# Gem Multiplier

As a reward for having **two and more CAThletes**, player gets an increased Gem reward for their steps with the **Gem** (Steps) **Multiplier**. With the help of these extra Gems, it will be easier to keep upgrading several CAThletes around the same time. You may find it in your **Profile --> Boosts** as well as by tapping on **'Info' on the GEM wallet.**

Owning **one (or more) Genesis CAThlete** adds <mark style="background-color:purple;">x0.5 multiplier</mark> on top of your current one. The multiplier is added only once, no matter how many Genesis CAThletes you have.

*Please note that the **max multiplier** applied for having 6 CAThletes depends on whether you own a **Genesis CAThlete** or not.*&#x20;

* *If you have one (or more) Genesis CAThletes, the max multiplier (for 6+ CAThletes) would be **x3** no matter how many Genesis CAThletes you have.*&#x20;
* *If you **don't own** a Genesis CAThlete, the max multiplier (for 6+ CAThletes) would be **x2.5**.*
