🤓 How to Contact Walken Support

Walken customer support team provides technical assistance with the Walken app, answers customers' questions about their game experience, analyzes issues and offers solutions.

Where to apply for support?

If your request is of a general nature, that is, Walken team wouldn't need your personal data to find a solution (e.g. the wallet address; the SOL, Gems or WLKN balance; the Cathlete name; completed transactions), please feel free to reach out to us in Telegram or Discord. If your personal data is required to describe the issue, we recommend emailing support at [email protected]. To get a response from Walken support as soon as possible without further specification, we’ve prepared this brief guide to what data should be specified in your request.

Required Data When Contacting Support

1. The device and the app technical data

No need to type this data manually, you may send us an email from the Walken application. To do this, go to the "Wallet" tab and click on the settings icon in the upper right corner of the screen.

After clicking the "Support" tab, all the necessary data will be fetched and filled in automatically. Please make sure that your phone and app data is now in your request. It should be noted that you may need to select the application to send an email (e.g. Gmail). Next, tap 'Send' in the upper right corner.
If you cannot open the application and copy the necessary data using the Support tab, please contact us at [email protected] specifying the following info manually:

    The mobile operating system and its version (e.g. iOS: 15; Android: 9)
  2. 2.
    The device model (e.g. iPhone 12 mini, Samsung S8)
  3. 3.
    The Walken app version (e.g. 0.1.19)
  4. 4.
    The wallet address

2. The overview of the issue faced with the date and time (if possible) of its occurrence

Please specify if this is the first time the issue is faced or if it has repeated several times.

3. The screenshots & video recordings

For the Walken team, screenshots and videos are greatly welcome, as they are hugely helpful to analyze the issue and deal with it most effectively and in the shortest time.
